Warranty Coverage Information

Limited One Year Warranty

OBR Parts & Marine, Inc. extends a One Year Limited Warranty on it's Products as follows:

Powerheads - One (1) Year
Gearcases - One (1) Year
Stern Drives - One (1) Year
Tilt & Trim Systems - One (1) Year

Outboard Recycle (OBR) Return Authorization Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA Number).
You must contact OBR and notify us what the problem is.
OBR will then issue you a RA Number.
The RA number must be on the outside of the package used to return the parts.
You must include a letter of explanation about the parts and the problem with them.
A copy of your invoice from OBR must be included.
Upon receipt, OBR will contact you to discuss the resolution to the issue.
Any parts which are returned to OBR without an RA number will be automatically be sent back Freight Collect-no exceptions.

Orders placed and refused at time of delivery will be subject to shipping charges
